TOURS

Our custom culinary tours explore the Caribbean with a fork in hand and are designed for individuals and groups. They emphasize our local connections with people, places, foods, and their histories. Upcoming destinations in 2015:  Port of Spain, Trinidad and Bluefields, Jamaica with Dr. Candice Goucher. We can arrange full group economy air, transfers, transportation, accommodations, and/or culinary/eco-tours as add-ons to suit your personal interests. Dr. Candice Goucher has been traveling to the Caribbean for more than 30 years. She has  organized educational and independent travel groups through universities in Oregon, Washington, and California. Her recent book is Congotay! Congotay! A Global History of Caribbean Foods (Routledge: 2014).
